Ok, so why is there no "b" in the French "November" in Justine? Novemre??? This does not seem right to me.
But that is the way it was stitched in the original Justine and, hence, that is the way it is charted. So I will stitch it this way. But I'm curious about the spelling.

First off, your progress looks wonderful! After I saw you working on this, I pulled mine out again. It will be awhile before I get to it (you'll probably be done), but it's waiting. Now as far as the missing b - I haven't a clue. The only thing that I can possibly think of is that Justine was what? Eleven years old when she stitched this? Maybe she didn't realize she spelled it wrong. My almost 12 year old does that all the time. Love your progress and can't wait to see more.
